Under what circumstances can Bigfoot Forestry access the data collected by my computer system?

Currently, Bigfoot Forestry does not have independent access to this data. However, Bigfoot Forestry has the right to inspect your computer system and access the data during an inspection. Additionally, Bigfoot Forestry can require you to furnish this data to them upon request.
