**8.3.
Service Technicians.** Bigfoot Forestry Services may only be performed by your Service Technicians.
Any Person you appoint as a Service Technician must successfully complete all training programs we require for Service Technicians and sign a Confidentiality Agreement (the Managing Owner does not sign a Confidentiality Agreement).
The Managing Owner may (but need not) serve as a Service Technician.
If you hire a Project Manager, the Project Manager must also serve as a Service Technician.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any person appointed as a Service Technician must successfully complete all training programs that Bigfoot Forestry requires. The Managing Owner may serve as a Service Technician but is not required to. If a Project Manager is hired, that Project Manager must also serve as a Service Technician.
Prior to opening their Bigfoot Forestry business, the Managing Owner and Project Manager (if applicable) must successfully complete initial training. The franchisee must also hire their initial Service Technicians and Project Manager, if applicable, before opening.
As a condition to offering optional goods or services, Service Technicians may be required to complete additional training, purchase additional equipment and tools, and secure additional licenses or permits. Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specifics of the training programs, including the content, duration, and cost, to fully understand the investment required in training Service Technicians.
