Bigfoot_Forestry Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must sign a separate Franchise Agreement for each Bigfoot Forestry Business. You must sign the Initial Franchise Agreement for your first (1st) Bigfoot Forestry Business at the time you sign this Agreement. Each Franchise Agreement shall be our then-current form of Bigfoot Forestry Franchise Agreement, the terms of which may vary materially and substantially from the terms of the Initial Franchise Agreement; provided, however, that the initial franchise fee imposed under each Franchise Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the table set forth in Part B of ATTACHMENT "A".

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the terms of subsequent Franchise Agreements may not be the same as the initial agreement. Specifically, each Franchise Agreement signed after the initial one will be Bigfoot Forestry's then-current form, and the terms within these agreements may vary materially and substantially from those in the Initial Franchise Agreement. However, the initial franchise fee for each agreement will be determined as described in Part B of Attachment A.
This indicates that while the core business model and franchise system will likely remain consistent, certain specific terms and conditions can change over time. These changes could reflect updates in Bigfoot Forestry's operational practices, legal requirements, or market conditions. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the terms they agree to in their initial agreement might not be the same terms offered to franchisees who join the system later.
It is important for potential franchisees to carefully review the then-current form of the Franchise Agreement at the time they are considering signing. Understanding that terms can change allows franchisees to anticipate potential modifications and assess their impact on their business. Franchisees should pay close attention to any differences between the initial agreement and subsequent versions to fully understand their obligations and rights under the franchise system.
