6.1. Manual. We provide you with access to our Manual during the Term. The Manual will help you develop and operate your Bigfoot Forestry Business. The information in the Manual is confidential and proprietary and may not be disclosed to third parties without our prior approval.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will be provided access to the Bigfoot Forestry manual during the term of the agreement. The manual is intended to help the franchisee develop and operate their Bigfoot Forestry business.
Bigfoot Forestry considers the information contained within the manual to be confidential and proprietary. As such, franchisees are prohibited from disclosing any of the manual's contents to third parties unless they obtain prior approval from Bigfoot Forestry. This restriction is typical in franchising, as it protects the franchisor's operating methods and brand standards.
As the Bigfoot Forestry business evolves, the manual may be updated or modified. Any modifications to the manual become binding on the franchisee once they are notified of the change. Bigfoot Forestry may provide a grace period to allow franchisees time to implement the changes. Franchisees must always operate their business in strict compliance with the most current version of the manual.
