Bigfoot_Forestry Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We will provide an initial training program for your Managing Owner and Project Manager (if applicable). You may send other owners and employees to initial training but it is not required. Your Managing Owner and Project Manager (if applicable) must successfully complete initial training to our satisfaction within 60 days after signing the Franchise Agreement (and before your Business opens).
The initial training program includes approximately 5 days of training at our corporate headquarters in Rock Hill, South Carolina or another location we designate. You may also request that we provide additional onsite training in your territory, although onsite training is not part of our standard training program.
The format for training may include lectures, interactive role playing, conference calls and/or webinars. We reserve the right to conduct all (or any portion) of the training program remotely via webinar, conference call or similar means. The training materials consist of the Manual, digital training materials and related workbooks. We do not charge you for any of our training materials.
We can modify the training program at our discretion based on our subjective assessment of the skills, abilities and prior experience of your Managing Owner and Project Manager (if applicable). Currently, we intend to offer initial training on a monthly basis, assuming sufficient demand.
