What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, either the Managing Owner or a Project Manager must be present at each job site. Their responsibilities include providing Bigfoot Forestry Services, managing the project, and supervising Service Technicians.

If a franchisee chooses to hire a Project Manager, the Managing Owner is still responsible for monitoring and supervising the Project Manager. This ensures that the Bigfoot Forestry business operates in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and the Brand Standards Manual. The Managing Owner or Project Manager can manage a maximum of three territories.

If a franchisee opens and operates more than three territories, they are required to hire a Project Manager upon opening the fourth territory. Furthermore, an additional Project Manager must be hired for every three additional territories that are opened and operated. Both the Managing Owner and any Project Managers must be approved by Bigfoot Forestry and must complete all required training programs. If a Project Manager is hired, they must also serve as a Service Technician.
