What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Bigfoot Forestry retains the right to modify the brand standards manual at any time. These modifications become binding upon notification to the franchisee, although Bigfoot Forestry may provide a grace period for implementation. The manual is designed to establish and protect the brand standards, uniformity, and quality of goods and services offered by Bigfoot Forestry businesses.

The brand standards manual may include a list of required and approved goods and services, descriptions of authorized goods and services, specifications, techniques, methods, operating procedures, quality standards, and policies and procedures related to reporting, accounting, insurance, marketing, data handling, and other matters deemed appropriate by Bigfoot Forestry. All mandatory provisions in the manual, whether present or future, are binding on the franchisee.

This means that Bigfoot Forestry franchisees must adhere to the changes made to the manual. Prospective franchisees should understand that Bigfoot Forestry has broad discretion to change operational requirements, and it is important to factor in the potential costs and impacts of these changes when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
