What services are included under the definition of 'Bigfoot Forestry Services'?

According to the 2025 Bigfoot Forestry FDD, 'Bigfoot Forestry Services' encompasses a range of services that the company requires or authorizes its franchisees to offer. These services include land clearing, excavation, and maintenance. Additionally, franchisees may provide related services such as stump grinding, forestry mulching, geological test trail clearing, demolition, snow removal, and other comparable services.

Bigfoot Forestry retains the right to designate certain services as optional, allowing franchisees to choose whether or not to offer them. However, offering optional services may require franchisees to undergo additional training, acquire more equipment and tools, and obtain additional licenses or permits. Franchisees are prohibited from offering any goods or services that have not been approved by Bigfoot Forestry, and they must not use their business for any purpose other than providing authorized goods and services.

Bigfoot Forestry reserves the right to modify the authorized goods and services at any time, and franchisees must comply with any instructions regarding these changes. Franchisees are generally restricted to providing Bigfoot Forestry Services within their designated territory, although they may be able to operate outside their territory with prior approval from Bigfoot Forestry. Franchisees are also restricted from contracting directly with National Account customers or providing services to job sites owned by these customers without prior approval from Bigfoot Forestry.
