These services include mulching, brush removal, excavation, and stump grinding. Franchisees must offer and provide all Bigfoot Forestry Services that the franchisor requires from time to time, within their reasonable discretion.

Bigfoot Forestry may designate certain services as optional, giving franchisees the choice to offer them. Franchisees are prohibited from offering any goods or services without prior written permission from Bigfoot Forestry, and they cannot sell any goods or services that Bigfoot Forestry has disapproved.

Bigfoot Forestry retains the right to change the authorized goods and services at any time, and franchisees must comply with any instructions regarding these changes.
