What services are Bigfoot Forestry franchisees expected to provide to residential and commercial customers?

According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees offer land clearing and forestry services to both residential and commercial clients. These services include mulching, brush removal, excavation, and stump grinding. Franchisees must offer and provide all Bigfoot Forestry Services that the franchisor requires from time to time, within their reasonable discretion.

Bigfoot Forestry may designate certain services as optional, giving franchisees the choice to offer them. However, offering optional services may require franchisees to complete additional training, purchase more equipment and tools, and obtain additional licenses or permits. Franchisees are prohibited from offering any goods or services without prior written permission from Bigfoot Forestry, and they cannot sell any goods or services that Bigfoot Forestry has disapproved.

Bigfoot Forestry retains the right to change the authorized goods and services at any time, and franchisees must comply with any instructions regarding these changes. These changes do not constitute a termination of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees may only provide Bigfoot Forestry Services at job sites located within their designated territory, and they need prior approval to offer or sell goods or services through alternative channels of distribution.
