What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the royalty fee is dependent on gross sales. Bigfoot Forestry uses a sliding scale royalty structure with a decreasing royalty rate applied to Gross Sales.
If gross sales are between $50,000.01 and $75,000, the royalty rate is 6.5%. This royalty fee is due on the 10th day of the month. Franchisees must also send Bigfoot Forestry monthly Gross Sales reports.
In addition to the royalty fee, franchisees must also pay a brand fund fee of up to 3% of gross sales (currently 1%), and a local marketing commitment fee of the greater of 2% of gross sales or $1,000 per month.
