- 7.3. Bigfoot Forestry Vehicles. Prior to opening, you must purchase, lease or otherwise obtain access to a minimum of one (1) vehicle that meets our standards and specifications and is capable of transporting your Service Technicians, operating equipment and tools to and from job sites (a "Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle"). The exterior of the Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle must be branded with our designated vehicle wrap or other approved decals. We will evaluate your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle and determine whether a full vehicle wrap is required or whether our designated decals are sufficient. You may use your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for purposes unrelated to your Business, subject to any restrictions we impose in the Manual to protect our brand or limit liability risks. You and your Service Technicians must use your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle, and only your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle, to travel to and from job sites. You must keep your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle in good condition and repair and ensure that it is consistently washed and kept in clean condition. Each Person who drives your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle must: (a) be appropriately licensed and insured; and (b) drive in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable Laws. At all times following your opening date, you must ensure that you have at least one (1) Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle that is operational and available for travel to and from job sites, subject to temporary and routine periods of unavailability while the vehicle is being serviced or repaired.
- 7.4. Opening. You must open your Business to the public within 120 days after the Effective Date. You must notify us of your proposed opening date at least 15 days before opening. You may not open your Business prior to receipt of our written authorization to open.

The vehicle must be capable of transporting service technicians, operating equipment, and tools to and from job sites.

Bigfoot Forestry will evaluate the vehicle to determine whether a full vehicle wrap or designated decals are sufficient. Franchisees can use the vehicle for purposes unrelated to the business, subject to any restrictions imposed by Bigfoot Forestry in the manual to protect the brand or limit liability risks. The franchisee and their service technicians must use the Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle, and only that vehicle, to travel to and from job sites.
The franchisee must keep the Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle in good condition and repair, ensuring it is consistently washed and kept clean. Each person who drives the vehicle must be appropriately licensed and insured and drive safely, complying with all applicable laws. At all times after opening, the franchisee must ensure at least one Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle is operational and available for travel to and from job sites, except for temporary periods when the vehicle is being serviced or repaired. Bigfoot Forestry may also evaluate the physical condition of your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for cleanliness, sanitation and state of repair.
