  • 6.2. Equipment and Startup Package. Approximately 30 days after the Effective Date, you must purchase our designated Equipment Package and Startup Package from our affiliate as part of our centralized purchasing program. After opening, you must purchase all additional operating equipment, tools, uniforms, business cards or promotional items you need exclusively from our affiliate unless we designate or approve another supplier. Prior to your opening date, our affiliate will ship the items included in the Equipment Package and Startup Package to you. You understand that our affiliate purchases the items included in these packages from third-parties and resells them to you as a convenience. Neither we nor our affiliate make any representations or warranties regarding the items included within these package and you hereby waive any and all Claims against us or our affiliate relating to these items and/or any defects in these items. Our affiliate will pass through any transferable warranties associated with the operating equipment or tools you purchase from our
