FRANCHISEE DISCLOSURE QUESTIONNAIRE

As you know Bigfoot Franchising, LLC ("we" or "us), and you are preparing to enter into a Franchise Agreement for the operation of a Bigfoot Forestry franchise. We require that you complete this Questionnaire (a) so that we can determine whether our franchise sales team followed proper sales procedures and (b) to provide us with reasonable assurance that, prior to signing the Franchise Agreement, you have had an adequate opportunity to review the Franchise Disclosure Document and its attachments, consult with legal and/or business advisors of your choosing, and ask us questions about any disclosures or terms that you do not understand. You cannot sign or date this Questionnaire the same day as the Receipt for the Franchise Disclosure Document but you must sign and date it the same day you sign the Franchise Agreement and pay your franchise fee. What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while there is no explicit recommendation to discuss the benefits and risks of a Bigfoot Forestry franchise with existing franchisees, the document includes a "Franchisee Disclosure Questionnaire." This questionnaire indicates that Bigfoot Franchising, LLC wants to ensure that prospective franchisees have the opportunity to ask questions about the disclosures or terms they do not understand before signing the Franchise Agreement.

Furthermore, the FDD includes a confidentiality agreement that franchisees must sign. This agreement defines "Confidential Information" broadly, including business data, information in the manual or comprising the system, terms of the Franchise Agreement, and various concepts, ideas, trade secrets, and strategies. This suggests that open discussions with existing franchisees about sensitive business information might be restricted.

Therefore, while speaking with existing franchisees could provide valuable insights, prospective franchisees should be aware of the confidentiality obligations and focus their questions on topics that do not breach these agreements. It would be prudent to ask the franchisor about the best way to gain insights from current franchisees while respecting confidentiality.
