What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the noncompliance fees are imposed to ensure franchisees adhere to the brand's standards and operating procedures. If a franchisee breaches these standards, including failing to submit required reports on time, Bigfoot Forestry will notify them of the breach.

If the franchisee fails to correct the issue within the specified time frame, Bigfoot Forestry may impose a noncompliance fee of $500 per occurrence. Furthermore, a separate fee of $100 may be charged every 48 hours if the same noncompliance issue remains unresolved after the initial fee is imposed.

This fee structure serves as an incentive for franchisees to promptly address and rectify any deviations from Bigfoot Forestry's standards, thereby maintaining the integrity of the system and the goodwill associated with its marks. The fees are in addition to any other remedies Bigfoot Forestry may pursue under the Franchise Agreement.
