We do not have any predecessors. North 2 South Holdings, LLC, which shares our principal business address, is our parent company. We do not have any affiliates that offer (or have ever offered) franchises in this or any other line of business. Our affiliate, Atlantic Coast Aerial Equipment, LLC ("ACAE"), serves as the exclusive supplier of certain equipment, tools, marketing materials and promotional products purchased by franchisees. ACAE's principal business address is the same as ours. ACAE has never operated a Bigfoot Forestry Business. We do not have any other affiliates that provide products or services to our franchisees.
