What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bigfoot Forestry Franchise Disclosure Document, a Managing Owner can manage a maximum of three Bigfoot Forestry businesses. If a franchisee opens and operates more than three businesses, they must hire a Project Manager to manage at least one, but no more than three, of the Bigfoot Forestry businesses.
This implies that as a franchisee expands their Bigfoot Forestry operations, they will need to hire additional Project Managers to oversee every three additional businesses. This ensures that each business receives adequate attention and supervision, maintaining the quality and standards of the Bigfoot Forestry brand.
Therefore, while the Managing Owner has the primary responsibility, the operational management is distributed among Project Managers as the number of businesses grows. This structure allows for scalability while adhering to the franchisor's management requirements.
