What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must have at least one operational Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle at all times after opening their business. This vehicle must be available for transporting service technicians, equipment, and tools to and from job sites. Temporary periods of unavailability are permitted for routine service and repairs.
Prior to opening, the franchisee must already have access to at least one vehicle that meets Bigfoot Forestry's standards and specifications. This vehicle must also be properly branded with the company's designated vehicle wrap or approved decals. Bigfoot Forestry will evaluate the vehicle to determine whether a full wrap or decals are necessary.
The franchisee and their service technicians are required to use only the designated Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for traveling to and from job sites. The vehicle must be kept in good condition, clean, and consistently washed. All drivers must be appropriately licensed and insured and must operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all applicable laws.
This requirement ensures that franchisees maintain a professional appearance and have the necessary resources to provide Bigfoot Forestry services. The vehicle serves as a mobile representation of the brand and a critical tool for delivering services to customers. Maintaining at least one operational vehicle is essential for meeting service demands and upholding the company's standards.
