How many days of onsite training and opening assistance will Bigfoot Forestry provide?

Upon your written request, we will send a representative to your Territory for up to four (4) days to provide onsite training and assist you with the opening of your Business.
We will not charge a fee for this assistance, but you must reimburse our Travel Expenses in accordance with §5.5.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon a franchisee's written request, Bigfoot Forestry will send a representative to the franchisee's territory for up to four days to provide onsite training and assist with the opening of the business.
This onsite assistance is designed to help the new franchisee get their Bigfoot Forestry business up and running smoothly. It supplements the initial training program that Bigfoot Forestry provides.
Bigfoot Forestry will not charge a fee for this onsite assistance, which is a benefit to the franchisee. However, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Bigfoot Forestry's travel expenses. This is a fairly standard arrangement in the franchise industry, where the franchisor provides the expertise but the franchisee covers the direct costs of delivering that expertise to their location.
