What items are included in the startup package that a new Bigfoot Forestry franchisee must purchase?

According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase a startup package from Bigfoot Forestry's affiliate approximately 30 days after the effective date of the franchise agreement. The startup package includes a pre-configured laptop, a Bigfoot costume, Bigfoot Forestry hats, Bigfoot Forestry orange safety shirts, and Bigfoot Forestry business cards.

The pre-configured laptop costs $600, the Bigfoot costume costs $225, five Bigfoot Forestry hats cost $125, ten Bigfoot Forestry orange safety shirts cost $200, and 500 Bigfoot Forestry business cards cost $85. The total cost of the startup package, including estimated shipping costs, is $1,235.

Bigfoot Forestry does not make any representations or warranties regarding the items included within these packages and the franchisee waives any and all claims against them or their affiliate relating to these items and/or any defects in these items. However, their affiliate will pass through any transferable warranties associated with the operating equipment or tools purchased.

Bigfoot Forestry retains the right to require franchisees to purchase some or all of the items included within these packages directly from third-party suppliers that they designate. Additionally, Bigfoot Forestry may, but need not, develop new Bigfoot Forestry Services or related merchandise or retail items for sale by Bigfoot Forestry Businesses, and franchisees must comply with any minimum inventory stocking requirements in the Manual.
