Franchisees must purchase all additional operating equipment, tools, uniforms, business cards or promotional items they need exclusively from Bigfoot Forestry's affiliate unless the franchisor designates or approves another supplier. Neither Bigfoot Forestry nor its affiliate make any representations or warranties regarding the items included within these packages and franchisees waive any and all Claims against them relating to these items and/or any defects in these items. However, the affiliate will pass through any transferable warranties associated with the operating equipment or tools franchisees purchase from the affiliate.
