B. Fees.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bigfoot Forestry Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for each Bigfoot Forestry Business franchise developed under an Area Development Agreement is determined according to a table included in Part B of Attachment A. The initial franchise fee imposed under each Franchise Agreement will be satisfied by the payment of the development fee.
The initial franchise fee for the first Bigfoot Forestry franchise is $49,900, but if the franchisee qualifies for a veteran's discount, the fee is $47,400. The initial franchise fee for the second franchise is $44,900, and the initial franchise fee for the third and all additional franchises is $39,900 per franchise.
Prospective franchisees should note that the terms of each Franchise Agreement may vary materially and substantially from the terms of the Initial Franchise Agreement. Franchisees must sign a separate Franchise Agreement for each Bigfoot Forestry Business. The franchisee must sign the Initial Franchise Agreement for their first Bigfoot Forestry Business when they sign the Area Development Agreement.
