Can Bigfoot Forestry independently access my Technology Systems to retrieve Business Data?

According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of their inspection procedures, franchisees consent to Bigfoot Forestry accessing their Technology Systems to retrieve Business Data. This access is for quality control and compliance purposes, ensuring adherence to the franchise agreement.

Bigfoot Forestry (or their representative) may evaluate a franchisee's operations and inspect books, records, accounts, and tax returns. Inspections can occur at any time without prior notice, except for home office inspections, which require at least 48 hours' notice and a scheduled reasonable time.

The franchisee and their employees must cooperate with these inspections and not interfere. While Bigfoot Forestry bears the cost of most inspections, the franchisee must reimburse travel expenses and other costs if the inspection verifies a remedied health or safety issue identified by a Governmental Authority or a breach of system standards.
