Before you begin operating your Business, you must purchase from our affiliate, ACAE, an initial equipment package (the "Equipment Package") and an initial inventory and welcome package (the "Startup Package").The items included within each package, and the associated pricing, are set forth in the tables below:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase the Equipment Package and Startup Package from ACAE, an affiliate of Bigfoot Forestry. These packages are required before a franchisee can begin operating their Bigfoot Forestry business.
The Equipment Package has an estimated cost of $158,024, which includes items such as a JCB 270T highflow track loader with forestry package, a 60" forestry mulching attachment, a 78" grapple attachment, a bumper pull equipment trailer, transport chains, ratchet binders, strap ratchets, and a trailer hitch lock. The Startup Package, which has an estimated cost of $1,235, includes a pre-configured laptop, a Bigfoot costume, Bigfoot Forestry hats and safety shirts, and business cards.
Bigfoot Forestry does retain the right to require franchisees to purchase the items included within these packages from third-party suppliers that they designate or approve. This means that while the initial purchase is through ACAE, Bigfoot Forestry could change this requirement and direct franchisees to other approved suppliers in the future. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to maintain quality control and potentially negotiate better pricing for franchisees.
