What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the definition of franchise territories is found in Part D of Attachment A. Each franchise territory described in Part D of Attachment A serves as the 'Territory' assigned to one of your Bigfoot Forestry Businesses under a Franchise Agreement you sign.
Attachment A of the Area Development Agreement outlines the deal terms between Bigfoot Franchising, LLC and the franchisee. The Development Territory is the total geographic area comprised by all Franchise Territories on a combined basis. The franchisor requires a separate Franchise Agreement for each Franchise Territory.
Therefore, for a prospective Bigfoot Forestry franchisee, the specific details of Franchise Territory #5, including its geographic boundaries and any specific conditions or limitations, would be detailed in Part D of Attachment A to the Area Development Agreement and within the individual Franchise Agreement for that territory. It is important to carefully review these documents to fully understand the scope and limitations of the territory being granted.
