What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bigfoot Forestry defines franchise territories in Part D of Attachment A. The franchised territory serves as the 'Territory' assigned to a franchisee's Bigfoot Forestry Business under the Franchise Agreement.

The Development Territory is the total geographic area that includes all of the individual Franchised Territories described in Part D of Attachment A on a combined basis. A franchisee must sign a separate Franchise Agreement for each Franchise Territory they develop.

Therefore, a prospective franchisee should carefully review Part D of Attachment A within the Franchise Agreement to understand the specific geographic boundaries of their territory. This will define where they are authorized to operate and provide Bigfoot Forestry services, and it is crucial for assessing the market potential and competitive landscape of their franchise.
