CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
This Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned ("you") in favor of Bigfoot Franchising, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, and its successors and assigns ("us").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bigfoot Forestry FDD, the Confidentiality Agreement is included as Attachment E to the Franchise Agreement. Item 14 of the FDD also states that all employees and independent contractors must sign the Confidentiality Agreement attached to the Franchise Agreement as Attachment E before they are given access to Bigfoot Forestry's confidential information.
This means that if you become a Bigfoot Forestry franchisee, you will find the complete form of the Confidentiality Agreement within the franchise documents provided to you.
