For purposes of this FPR, each Bigfoot Forestry Business may be referred to as an "outlet." As of December 31, 2024 (the last day of the Measuring Year) there were: (a) 2 Franchised Outlets in operation, neither of which is a Qualifying Outlet; and (b) 1 Company-Owned Outlet in operation (which is the only Qualifying Outlet). The table below summarizes the outlet statistics and the number of Qualifying Outlets:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as of December 31, 2024, there was one company-owned outlet in operation. This outlet is also identified as the only 'Qualifying Outlet' for the purposes of the Financial Performance Representation (FPR). The FPR uses data from outlets open and operating throughout the entire measuring year, which in this case is January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
In addition to the single company-owned outlet, there were two franchised outlets in operation as of December 31, 2024. However, these franchised outlets did not qualify for inclusion in the FPR because they were not open and operating for the entire measuring year. The company-owned outlet opened in September 2020 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
The FPR data is limited to the historical results achieved by the one qualifying company-owned outlet during the measuring year. This means that the financial performance data presented in Item 19 of the FDD is based solely on the performance of this single company-owned location. Prospective franchisees should consider that the financial results may not be representative of what they could achieve with a franchised outlet, especially considering the company-owned outlet utilized an average of 1.5 service teams and operated within an area larger than a typical franchised territory.
