Bigfoot_Forestry Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If we elect not to renew or offer you the right to renew, we will send you a notice of non-renewal at least 180 days prior to the expiration date, which shall set forth the basis for our decision. If you have any objection to our notice of non-renewal, including a dispute as to the basis for our decision, you must send us a notice of objection that sets forth the basis for your objection. Your notice of objection must be sent to us no later than 30 days after you receive our notice of non-renewal. Your failure to send us a notice of objection during such 30-day period constitutes your consent to the nonrenewal of your franchise.
