What are the branding requirements for a Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle?

Prior to opening, you must purchase, lease or otherwise obtain access to a minimum of one (1) vehicle that meets our standards and specifications and is capable of transporting your Service Technicians, operating equipment and tools to and from job sites (a "Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle").
The exterior of the Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle must be branded with our designated vehicle wrap or other approved decals.
We will evaluate your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle and determine whether a full vehicle wrap is required or whether our designated decals are sufficient.
You may use your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for purposes unrelated to your Business, subject to any restrictions we impose in the Manual to protect our brand or limit liability risks.
You and your Service Technicians must use your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle, and only your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle, to travel to and from job sites.
You must keep your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle in good condition and repair and ensure that it is consistently washed and kept in clean condition.
Each Person who drives your Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle must: (a) be appropriately licensed and insured; and (b) drive in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable Laws.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bigfoot Forestry's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must have at least one vehicle that meets the franchisor's standards for transporting service technicians and equipment to job sites. This vehicle is referred to as a "Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle."
The exterior of this vehicle must be branded with the company's designated vehicle wrap or other approved decals. Bigfoot Forestry will evaluate the franchisee's vehicle to determine whether a full vehicle wrap is required or if the designated decals will suffice.
The franchisee and their service technicians are required to use only the Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for traveling to and from job sites. Franchisees must also maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is consistently washed and kept clean. Each driver must be appropriately licensed and insured and must operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all applicable laws.
