What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big O Tires' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the assistance and services provided during the term of the Franchise Agreement are subject to change. Big O Tires states that the extent and nature of assistance provided periodically is determined by them.
Specifically, Big O Tires may modify or discontinue vendor programs, which include features like national account pricing and rebates. The company can also revoke or modify its warranty or replacement program for Big O private brand tires and related automotive products. Service levels in delivering Big O Program Products may be reduced based on changes in fuel costs or low order volume.
Big O Tires also has the right to suspend and/or reestablish national fleet account and Key Account Customer programs and policies, which it may revise periodically in its sole discretion. Participation in these programs may include franchisees carrying the necessary inventory to provide specified automotive products to National Account Customers or Key Account Customers. While current participation does not require franchisees to provide certain services not directly related to the sale of specified products and services, Big O Tires retains the right to impose this requirement in the future. These changes give Big O Tires a great deal of latitude in how they support their franchisees.
