- Training will be supervised by Ronald DeFrece, who has over 20 years of experience in operations, sales and retail. Mr. DeFrece has worked with us since our inception in 2008. Further training may be conducted by members of our staff and a variety of personnel associated with or designated by us with different levels of experience. All individuals who assist in the training process will have at least 1 year of experience in the subject taught and/or our operations.
