What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Blue Swim School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may have to reimburse Big Blue Swim School for out-of-pocket expenses for site visits after the first visit per school. This reimbursement is not refundable.
Big Blue Swim School may review potential school sites that the franchisee identifies within the territory. The franchisor may, but has no obligation to, visit the territory once for no additional fee to review potential sites for each Big Blue Swim School to be constructed and developed. However, Big Blue Swim School has the right to require the franchisee to reimburse their out-of-pocket expenses for each site visit after the first visit per school.
Generally, as disclosed in Item 6, no fee listed in the table is refundable. This policy applies to all fees imposed and collected by Big Blue Swim School or its affiliates, except as noted and for certain product and service purchases from unaffiliated suppliers.
