What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Big Blue Swim School FDD, a Regional Manager can supervise up to ten schools. This is applicable to franchisees who own more than one Big Blue Swim School location.
To ensure quality and consistency across multiple locations, Big Blue Swim School requires that a Regional Manager be a Certified Manager. This means they must complete the Initial Training program. If a franchisee chooses to replace an existing Certified Manager with a new one, the new manager has 90 days to complete the Initial Training to become certified. The franchisee is responsible for covering the training fees for the new manager.
This requirement ensures that each Big Blue Swim School location is overseen by a qualified individual who understands and can implement the brand's standards and operational procedures. For franchisees with multiple locations, having a Regional Manager allows for more efficient oversight and management of their investments.
