How long does Big Blue Swim School have to review and accept or reject a proposed site?

According to the 2025 Big Blue Swim School Franchise Disclosure Document, Big Blue Swim School commits to using reasonable efforts to review and either accept or reject a proposed site within 30 days. This 30-day period starts once Big Blue Swim School receives all the necessary information and materials requested from the franchisee. The franchisee cannot proceed with any site that Big Blue Swim School has not formally accepted.

If the franchisee rejects a Qualified Site for their second or subsequent Big Blue Swim School, they have ten days after written notice of default to accept the site.
