Is initial training required for the transferee's management personnel at Big Blue Swim School?

According to Big Blue Swim School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if there is a transfer of franchise rights, the transferee's management personnel must satisfactorily complete the then-current Initial Training if they are different from the current management personnel. This is determined either before or after the proposed effective date of the transfer.
