What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Blue Swim School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the exclusive geographical area, referred to as both the "Site Selection Area" and the "Area of Protection," is described in Exhibit A of the Franchise Agreement. The Site Selection Area is where the franchisee and Big Blue Swim School will look for a location for the school.
