Who is the training for included in the Training Fee for a Big Air Trampoline Park?

According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training fee covers training for up to three people for a duration of up to seven calendar days. This includes the franchisee or, if the franchisee is a legal entity, their Designated Business Manager, plus two additional people.

While the training fee covers the cost of the training itself for the specified number of people, franchisees are responsible for all travel-related expenses. These expenses include airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, and personal expenses for all participants attending the training program. The training will take place in Laguna Hills, California, or at another location designated by Big Air Trampoline Park.

If a franchisee wishes to have additional people trained beyond the three included in the initial training fee, Big Air Trampoline Park charges an additional training fee of $500 per person. This additional fee does not include travel, lodging, meals, and personal expenses, which remain the responsibility of the franchisee. It's important to note that these training fees can be increased or decreased at Big Air Trampoline Park's discretion.
