- (f) "Construction Oversight Services" means all services provided by Franchisor relating to the review and approval of construction plans for the Big Air Trampoline Facility and prior to the date Franchisee is authorized to open the Big Air Trampoline Facility for business.
The Construction Oversight Services are more fully defined in the Operations Manual and may be modified periodically by Franchisor in Franchisor's sole discretion.
