Does Big Air Trampoline Park retain the right to approve any linking or other use of its website?

According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Big Air Trampoline Park retains the right to approve any linking or other use of its website. This means that as a franchisee, you cannot implement any links to the Big Air Trampoline Park website or use the website in any way without first getting approval from the franchisor.

Big Air Trampoline Park also has the sole right to market on the Internet and use the Big Air Trampoline Park marks on the Internet. This includes all use of websites, domain names, URLs, directory addresses, metatags, linking, advertising, and co-branding and other arrangements. A franchisee may not independently market on the Internet, or use any domain name, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique, with words or symbols similar to the Big Air Trampoline Park marks or otherwise establish any presence on the Internet without Big Air Trampoline Park's prior written approval.

Big Air Trampoline Park intends that any franchisee website be accessed only through Big Air Trampoline Park's home page. The franchisee will provide Big Air Trampoline Park with content for Big Air Trampoline Park's Internet marketing, and will sign Internet and intranet usage agreements, if any. This ensures that Big Air Trampoline Park maintains control over its brand and online presence, while franchisees must adhere to the franchisor's guidelines and seek approval for any online marketing activities.
