What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Big Air Trampoline Park retains the right to become an approved supplier at any time. While Big Air Trampoline Park or its affiliates are not currently approved suppliers, they reserve the right to become one in the future at their discretion.
As a Big Air Trampoline Park franchisee, you are generally required to purchase or lease equipment, supplies, fixtures, inventory, goods, services, and products from Big Air Trampoline Park or its approved or designated suppliers and distributors. Staples Promotional Products is currently the exclusive supplier of merchandise and supplies for Big Air Trampoline Park. The names of other approved suppliers are to be provided in the confidential operations manual.
Big Air Trampoline Park negotiates purchase arrangements with suppliers and distributors of approved products for the benefit of franchisees and reserves the right to receive rebates on volume discounts from purchases of products that they may re-sell to franchisees. The FDD states that it is a material breach of the Franchise Agreement if a franchisee buys products, equipment, supplies, fixtures, inventory, goods, or services from anyone other than Big Air Trampoline Park's designated or approved suppliers or distributors without prior written approval. If a franchisee desires to use other suppliers, they must submit a written request for approval, which Big Air Trampoline Park will review and respond to within 30 days.
