Mrs. Davis has been conducting employee training for over 20 years in the area of safety, operations, and compliance.
Before the opening of your Big Air Trampoline Business, we provide an initial training program lasting up to a week. The initial training program is usually conducted at Ladera Ranch, California location, but the training course may be held elsewhere in the future in our discretion. We also reserve the right to deliver some or all of the training in an online format.
You shall be solely responsible for all employment decisions and functions of the Big Air Trampoline Facility, including, without limitation, those related to hiring, firing, training, establishing remuneration, compliance with wage and hour requirements, personnel policies, benefits, record keeping, supervision, and discipline of employees.
