Except as listed below, Big Air Trampoline Park is not required to provide you with any assistance.

Pre-opening Obligations

Before you open your Big Air Trampoline Business, we (or our designee) will provide the following assistance and services to you:

Provide you with specifications and required supplier information for all initial and replacement equipment, tools, inventory, Computer System and supplies required for the operation of your Big Air Trampoline Business. (Section 7.3(b) of the Franchise Agreement).

You may not open your Big Air Trampoline Business until: (1) we notify you in writing that all of your pre-opening obligations have been fulfilled; (2) initial training is completed to our satisfaction; (3) all amounts due to us have been paid; (4) we have been furnished with copies of all insurance policies and certificates required by the Franchise Agreement, or other documentation of insurance coverage and payment of premiums that we request; (5) you notify us that all approvals and conditions set forth in the Franchise Agreement have been met; (6) you have received all required permits and licenses; (7) you have provided us with a fully executed copy of the Lease for the Big Air Trampoline Facility; and (8) you have ordered, received and installed your equipment, supplies, uniforms, tools, products, inventory and Computer System. You must be prepared to begin operating your Big Air Trampoline Business immediately after we state that your Big Air Trampoline Business is ready for opening.

You must also purchase and install a surveillance camera system for your building security. We may require you to purchase this system from a single approved vendor. Prices range from $47,000 to $60,000. It is possible to find retro fit solutions for your surveillance system for an upfront fee at this time of $40,000 with an annual cost of $3,500. Your surveillance system must always be in good working order and must cover all angles of your trampoline courts and the park (inside and out). Additionally, the system must contain 365 days of storage capacity. All recorded injuries must be downloaded and retained separately in our operations software. A copy of the video must be provided to us at our request.

According to the 2025 Big Air Trampoline Park FDD, Big Air Trampoline Park does not provide an initial equipment package. However, as part of their pre-opening obligations, Big Air Trampoline Park will provide franchisees with specifications and required supplier information for all initial and replacement equipment, tools, inventory, Computer System and supplies required for the operation of their Big Air Trampoline Business. There are no additional charges for this service.

Before opening a Big Air Trampoline Park, franchisees must order, receive, and install their equipment, supplies, uniforms, tools, products, inventory, and Computer System. Franchisees cannot open their Big Air Trampoline Business until these items are in place.
