Before you open your Big Air Trampoline Business, we (or our designee) will provide the following assistance and services to you:
Provide you with written site selection guidelines and criteria and such site selection assistance to determine an acceptable location for your Big Air Trampoline Facility as we have outlined in the Operations Manual.
There are no additional charges for this service. (Section 7.3(c) of the Franchise Agreement).
We will consult with you on our current site selection guidelines and provide other site selection counseling, as we deem advisable.
The estimated timeframe for opening your Big Air Trampoline Facility, from the date you sign the Franchise Agreement, is between 12 and 18 months. However, this duration can fluctuate due to factors such as entitlements and permits, construction schedules, and financing.
Within 6 months of signing the Franchise Agreement, you are required to secure a lease for a location that we approve. If a mutually agreeable location cannot be determined within this 6 month period, and you haven't signed a lease or purchased real property for your Big Air Trampoline Facility at a location that we have approved, we reserve the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement, unless we have granted you a time extension in writing.
Before the opening of your Big Air Trampoline Business, we provide an initial training program lasting up to a week. The initial training program is usually conducted at Ladera Ranch, California location, but the training course may be held elsewhere in the future in our discretion. We also reserve the right to deliver some or all of the training in an online format. You must satisfactorily complete the initial training program no later than 30 days prior to your grand opening of your Big Air Trampoline Business.
We will also provide on-site, opening assistance, consisting of at least two to three persons, for a minimum period of seven days at your Big Air Trampoline Facility when it opens.
For the period beginning 30 days before you open your Big Air Trampoline Facility and continuing through the first 90 days after you have your Big Air Trampoline Facility open and operating, you will
spend $60,000.00 on advertising, social media, promotions and public relations efforts ("Start-Up Advertising and Promotions Expense"), including at least $10,000 on one or more grand opening events.
