We have three affiliate companies ("Affiliates") BigAir Fun, LLC ("BigAir –LH") is a California limited liability company formed on October 1, 2012 and has operated a business similar to the one being franchised since 2013. BigAir-LH address is 9891 Irvine Center Dr., #200, Irvine, CA 92618. Waterpark Ventures, LLC ("WPV") is a California limited liability company formed in August 2009. WPV's address is 9891 Irvine Center Dr. #200, Irvine, CA 92618. BigAir Buena Park, LLC ("BigAir – BP") is a California limited liability company formed on April 18, 2014 and has operated a business similar to the one being franchised since April 2015. Big-Air-BP address is 9891 Irvine Center Dr., #200, Irvine, CA 92618. BigAir – LH and BigAir – BP operate businesses similar to the one being franchised. WPV operates a water park.
Our parent company and Affiliates do not franchise in this or any other line of business.
The Business
We offer franchises for the use of our "BIG AIR TRAMPOLINE PARK and LOGO" trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos ("Marks") for the operation of Big Air Trampoline Businesses.

According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company states that it does not have a predecessor. However, it does list H2O Partners, LLC as its parent company. H2O Partners, LLC was formed on March 7, 2006, and provides management and training services to Big Air Trampoline Park and its affiliates.
Big Air Trampoline Park also has three affiliate companies: BigAir Fun, LLC, Waterpark Ventures, LLC, and BigAir Buena Park, LLC.
