What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Multi-Unit Development Fee is non-refundable. This fee is deemed fully earned by Big Air Trampoline Park once it is paid. This fee is paid when a franchisee signs a Multi-Unit Development Agreement for the development of more than one Big Air Trampoline Park facility.

The Multi-Unit Development Fee is equal to 50% of the initial franchise fee or $22,500 multiplied by the number of additional Big Air Trampoline Park facilities that the franchisee is granted the right to develop under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. For example, if a franchisee is granted the right to develop 2 facilities, they pay a $22,500 Multi-Unit Development Fee. If the franchisee is granted the right to develop 3 facilities, they pay $22,500 x 2. If the franchisee is granted the right to develop 4 facilities, they pay $22,500 x 3.

Although the Multi-Unit Development Fee is non-refundable, a franchisee in compliance with the Multi-Unit Development Agreement will receive a credit of $22,500 toward the Development Initial Franchise Fee obligation. The Development Initial Franchise Fee for the second and each additional Big Air Trampoline Park facility is a reduced amount of $45,000. If the franchisee is in compliance and entitled to the reduction and credit, then the amount owed at the time of signing an additional franchise agreement is $22,500.
