What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Multi-Unit Development Fee is calculated by multiplying the number of Big Air Trampoline Park facilities to be opened under the agreement by $22,500 for each facility. This fee is paid when the Multi-Unit Development Agreement is signed, as detailed in Attachment A of the FDD.
If the Big Air Trampoline Park facility opens according to the Development Schedule, the Multi-Unit Development Fee paid for that facility will be applied to the Development Initial Franchise Fee. The initial franchise fee for each Big Air Trampoline Park facility is due upon the execution of each single-unit Franchise Agreement.
All collected amounts are deemed fully earned immediately upon receipt and are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the Multi-Unit Developer actually opens all the Big Air Trampoline Park facilities they are obligated to open within the Development Territory. This non-refundable aspect is a critical consideration for potential multi-unit developers, as it represents a significant financial commitment upfront.
