What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Big Air Trampoline Park provides franchisees with pre-opening and grand opening assistance. This support includes sending two to three people to the franchisee's location for a minimum of seven calendar days during the first week of operations.
This assistance is designed to help the franchisee get their Big Air Trampoline Business up and running smoothly during the critical initial phase. If a franchisee requires additional on-site assistance beyond the initial seven days, Big Air Trampoline Park may provide it, but the franchisee will be responsible for paying a reasonable fee for these services. Additionally, the franchisee must cover the costs of food, lodging, and transportation for the Big Air Trampoline Park personnel during this extended period. This arrangement allows franchisees to receive extra support if needed, while also managing their expenses based on their specific requirements.
