Before the opening of your Big Air Trampoline Business, we provide an initial training program lasting up to a week. The initial training program is usually conducted at Ladera Ranch, California location, but the training course may be held elsewhere in the future in our discretion. We also reserve the right to deliver some or all of the training in an online format. You must satisfactorily complete the initial training program no later than 30 days prior to your grand opening of your Big Air Trampoline Business.
Under the Franchise Agreement, before you begin operating your Big Air Trampoline Business, you or, if you are not an individual, a "Designated Business Manager" must attend and successfully complete to our satisfaction our initial training program. You may have two additional people attend the initial training program at no additional training fee.

According to the 2025 Big Air Trampoline Park FDD, the initial training program typically takes place at the Ladera Ranch, California location. This training program lasts up to one week. However, Big Air Trampoline Park retains the discretion to conduct the training at an alternative location or even deliver some or all of it online.
Before opening a Big Air Trampoline Park, the franchisee or a designated business manager must successfully complete the initial training program. Franchisees are required to complete this training no later than 30 days before the grand opening. The franchise agreement allows for two additional people to attend the initial training program without incurring additional training fees.
Kevin Odekirk and Erin Davis are in charge of the initial training program and other ongoing training. Big Air Trampoline Park can change or replace training staff as needed and can delegate training duties and responsibilities. The Operations Manual is the main teaching tool utilized during the training program.
