What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Big Air Trampoline Park facility is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The fee is a lump sum payment of $50,000. This fee is payable to Big Air Trampoline Park.
For a multi-unit development, the timing of the Initial Franchise Fee is slightly different. If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, you will sign the Franchise Agreement for the first Big Air Trampoline Facility to be developed and pay the Initial Franchise Fee of $50,000 at the same time you sign the Multi-Unit Development Agreement and pay the Multi-Unit Development Agreement.
It is important to note that, like many franchise fees, the Initial Franchise Fee is generally non-refundable. This means that once you pay the $50,000, you typically will not receive a refund, even if the deal falls through or you decide not to proceed with opening the Big Air Trampoline Park. Therefore, prospective franchisees should conduct thorough due diligence before signing the Franchise Agreement and remitting the fee.
