What governs each Big Air Trampoline Park facility under this agreement?

According to the 2025 Big Air Trampoline Park Franchise Disclosure Document, each Big Air Trampoline Park facility will be governed by an individual Franchise Agreement signed by the franchisor and the Multi-Unit Developer. This agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions for operating each location. The Multi-Unit Developer does not receive exclusive or protected territorial rights beyond what is granted with each franchised location. Upon the expiration or termination of the agreement, each Big Air Trampoline Park facility is limited to operating solely at the franchised location described in the individual Franchise Agreement.

Before construction can begin on a franchised location, the Multi-Unit Developer must enter into a Franchise Agreement with Big Air Trampoline Park. The terms of this individual Franchise Agreement will then dictate the further development and build-out of the Big Air Trampoline Park facility. The franchisor also provides the Multi-Unit Developer with their current training program and on-site opening assistance for each facility developed under the applicable Franchise Agreement.

Any additional Big Air Trampoline Park facility established will be governed by the franchisor's then-current form of individual Franchise Agreement. This means that the terms and conditions, including economic terms like royalty rates and advertising contributions, could differ from the initial agreement. The Multi-Unit Developer is responsible for developing all Big Air Trampoline Park facilities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, and regulations, including child care and safety laws, and laws related to amusement parks and facilities.
